Snowy Morning Fun!

When we woke up this morning there was a fresh coat of several inches of snow. Immediately after breakfast Quinn & Dan got ready to head out and shovel!

Aunt Lauren and I worked hard this morning and did some rearranging in the basement, to make it a fun place for Quinn to play. She was happy with the outcome. Enjoy the pictures of her in her apron and chef hat. Notice the pretty flowers on her kitchen table.

Quinn and Ellie usually try to get together for a visit when Ellie is in Buffalo. What is so funny is we say they get together "to play", but then they each do their own thing. The rest of the day all Quinn can talk about is Ellie! We had fun seeing Ellie and her family this morning!

Christmas 2008

The Brinkworth's had a wonderful Christmas. During the day on Christmas Eve, Quinn did a lot of independent playing and watching of Sesame Street while I prepared food for the brunch. Quinn's outfit (from Aunt Eileen) said Christmas Angel, which she really was!Lily& Aunt Jennie on Christmas Eve

Quinn the Little Baker

Quinn helped me make the Christmas cookies this year. She had fun counting and pouring ingredients in the bowl. She took her job helping very seriously.

Quinn made her own cutouts.

And then decorated them with frosting and sprinkles. She had a lot of fun and was entertained for hours! The only problem was she woke up this morning saying "Cookies?"

We braved the weather and went to Grandpa Tom's for dinner tonight. Quinn had fun with Conor, Jennie, and Brooke.

Holiday Lunch on Voorhees

Quinn had fun at Nonnie and Pops' house today.
She entertained us by doing her dance, the Hokey Pokey.

Pops always gives matching pajamas to Lauren, Marie, and I. But this year he found a pair in Quinn's size too. Aunt Rie & Quinn tried theirs on.

Breakfast with Santa

We took Quinn to the zoo for Breakfast with Santa again this year. It did not go as well as last year, she just checked him out from Daddy's arms. She did have fun doing other things though!
