Beach Day

Aunt Jennie and I took Quinn and Owen up to the beach this afternoon.

It was a perfect day!

Father's Day

Sunday afternoon we went to Roswell and brought Pops lunch for Father's Day. It was a beautiful day to be outside!

Later we had a nice dinner for Dan and then went for a bike ride.

This picture pretty much sums up Owen...constantly chatting & pointing!!!

End of the School Year

Quinn finished pre-k at Westminster last week. She has had a wonderful year in Lighthouse. Her 3 teachers were fantastic and we are so impressed with everything she learned. We feel she is well prepared for kindergarten and she is looking forward to starting in the fall!

*This was Nonnie's birthday dinner! As you can see there are no pictures of Nonnie or a cake to prove it! It was a very LOUD and FUN dinner! Can't imagine what the new baby is going to do to our family gatherings!

Dance Recital

Daddy is really good at putting Quinn's gillies on. I took her to get her hair done!
All ready for her 1st Dance recital!

She just loved being on stage.

After the dance recital we all went to the Hertel Parker Sweet Shop to celebrate.

She deserved it!

Art Show

Each year Quinn's school has an Art Show in the Spring. Quinn just loves doing arts & crafts. Her painting is the lime green circles in the top left corner. She was very proud to take Dan, Owen and I to the Art Show. After we had a pizza dinner at Bob & John's (her choice).

She wanted to sit next to Owen to "give us a break".

Lemonade Stand

Quinn and Owen had a lemonade stand a few weeks ago during our block sale.
When it started to rain and we had to move the stand on the sunporch, Owen was happy to dig into the brownies!

Quinn decorated the border to make it look "fancy"

She made $11.00!

Memorial Day Weekend

On Sunday we went up to watch some of the Buffalo Marathon. We met Pops & Jackson on Hertel and enjoyed cheering on the runners. Owen fell sound asleep on the way home!
Later in the afternoon we set up the pool and slide.

On Monday Quinn marched/danced in the Kenmore Memorial Day parade. Owen and Dan watched and I walked behind Quinn.

She had so much fun, and did a wonderful job!

After the parade we went and had a picnic lunch with Pops, Ollie, Rie, Jay, and Olivia.
